Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

In heyplanoo open "Brand", then "Connections", and disconnect the account. The access key is deleted immediately; heyplanoo can then no longer publish anything on your behalf.

You can also remove heyplanoo in your Facebook settings under "Apps and websites". Then write to the address below; we delete the stored identifiers and credentials within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

Delete all data of a customer

An admin of the customer can request deletion under "Account". From the request on nothing is published. After 14 days all brands, posts, pictures, connections and accounts of the customer are deleted, and all files within 30 days. Until that date the request can be withdrawn and a data export downloaded.

Delete your own account data

Contact your customer's admin or us. We delete your name and email address, your access and memberships. Log entries remain with an identifier without personal reference.

What remains

Published posts on Facebook and Instagram remain on the platform until you delete them there or take them down on Facebook through heyplanoo. We keep the log for three years, backups for up to six months and invoice data for the statutory periods.
